How does virtual try-on work?
Our AI technology analyzes your selfie photo and the clothing item you select, then generates a realistic image of you wearing that item. For video try-on, we create a short animated clip showing the outfit in motion.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your photos are stored securely and are never shared with third parties. Body measurements are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Read our

How do I add items to my wardrobe?
Tap the "+" button in your wardrobe, then either take a photo with your camera or select an image from your photo library. Our AI will automatically detect and categorize the clothing item.
Why is my try-on taking a long time?
Photo try-ons typically take 5-10 seconds. Video try-ons take 30-60 seconds as they generate multiple frames of animation. If it's taking longer, please check your internet connection.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through the App Store. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Xtylist AI, and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Visit
reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
The app crashed. What should I do?
Please try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try updating to the latest version from the App Store. If problems continue, email us at
support@xtylistai.com with details about what you were doing when it crashed.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR requirements.
